What this website collects, why it is used, and how to contact us about it.

Who runs this website
Alexandr Tkachyov operates Inline from Easton, Pennsylvania, United States. Inline is the service name. This policy covers the public website at inlinetutor.com and www.inlinetutor.com, its demonstration, and website inquiries.
Accounts, private drafts, course submissions, and research are covered by the separate app privacy policy at app.inlinetutor.com/privacy. The app terms and any applicable institutional agreement also apply when you use those services. This website policy does not replace them.
What we collect
When you visit, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, request time, and security or error information to deliver and protect the website.
If you send us an email, we receive your email address, the message, and any details you choose to include. Our inquiry form asks only for a topic and message. It prepares an email in your browser; it does not submit the message to Inline. You decide whether to send it through your email app.
The demonstration uses example writing. Any comments or ratings you try in it stay in the page’s temporary memory and are discarded when it reloads. Do not enter student writing, payment details, or other sensitive information into the demonstration or an inquiry.
How we use it
We use technical information to serve the site, investigate faults, and prevent abuse. We use inquiry messages to respond, arrange requested pilot discussions, and handle support or privacy requests. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
We do not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, build advertising profiles, or use inquiry messages to train AI models.
Who receives it
Vercel hosts the website and processes network and security information on our behalf. Email delivery and mailbox providers process messages when you choose to send them. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.
Fonts, images, and the interactive demonstration load from this website. There are no advertising pixels, session-replay tools, third-party analytics scripts, or embedded social-media or video players. External sites receive information under their own policies only when you follow their links or use their services.
How long information is kept
Unsent inquiry text and demo edits remain only in the current page’s memory. Reloading or leaving the page discards that state. Your email app may keep a draft if you choose to open one.
We keep received correspondence while needed to answer the inquiry, manage a requested relationship, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation. Hosting and security records follow the provider’s retention settings and any incident-related requirements. We do not promise immediate deletion from provider backups or records that must be kept by law.
Your choices and requests
Email hello@inlinetutor.com to ask what information we hold about you or to request access, correction, or deletion. You can also withdraw permission for further inquiry follow-up. We may need enough information to verify that the request is yours. We respond as required by the laws that apply to the request and explain any legal reason we cannot fulfill it.
Do not send an identity document with your initial request. If you need information about a school-controlled record in the app, we may need to coordinate with that school. We do not penalize you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
US audience and children
Inline currently offers its beta to adults in the United States. This website is not directed to children under 13, and the app’s age requirements apply to account use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information.
The website and its providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. If we begin targeting users in other countries, we will review the additional privacy requirements before doing so.
Changes and contact
We will post changes here and update the date above. If a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before applying that change. Questions can be sent to hello@inlinetutor.com, addressed to Alexandr Tkachyov, Inline, Easton, Pennsylvania, United States.
